The career counseling program for students from Class 9 to 12 was implemented to assist them in making informed educational and career choices. Conducted over the academic year 2023-2024, the program involved a combination of individual counseling sessions, group session, and the use of the RIASEC test (Holland Code) to identify students’ interests and strengths.

Individual sessions focused on discussing personal interests, strengths, and aspirations, helping students align these with potential career paths. Group session covered topics such as career exploration, time management, and study skills, providing students with essential skills.
